Positive: Modern, clean apartments with decent furniture and a nice small kitchen. Hot showers. Very quiet. Has everything you need for a few days in Uppsala. On the edge of the city center but within easy walking distance and across the street from a nice park. Some restaurants nearby and a cute little café. Many more restaurants in the city center a 10 minute walk away. Close to the train station as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

Positive: I was in Uppsala for a conference at the university. The location was excellent, a pleasant 20 minute walk away. The station is a little nearer. There is also a large Willys supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. The size of the apartment was larger than I expected with plenty of room. The kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas and bathroom were all excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly in dealing with a couple of questions I had.
Negative: The only issue is that I had a ground floor apartment at the front of the building. There was some (not very much) noise from the street and I had to be careful opening the windows.
Summary: It was all fine, more than met my expectations, and would recommend it.

Positive: Communication was great and clear, check in was very easy and the room was very clean, bright and functional. Bathroom was spotless and the location was great, a fantastic find. Also very quiet!

Positive: The location was good: perhaps not very central, but close to the parks and the river. Lovely walks.
Negative: I booked it with the photos of a couch / sofa, or chair, but the actual room I received did not have a sofa, comfortable chair, nor did it have good windows: just a small one in the corner. That made it less pleasant by a considerable margin. Other rooms than no. 13 must be a lot better. I had booked dit in November, but when my credit card was charged there was a problem (old number probably, I had it recently replaced) and the booking was simply cancelled without asking to update my details. This may be Booking.com's or the Hotel's policy, that's something I can't say. The shower had no tool to clear off the water, so that you'd inevitably stand on a et floor, and walk with slippery wet weet on the wooden floor of the room. The cooker hood was not connected to the outside (just a hole in the cupboard), the airco - it said it wasn't advertised, but it also hadn't been mentioned as non-working - under the kitchen there wasn't a proper skirting-board. There was a stark warning not to loose your keys - the first I've encountered in any hotel, and unpleasant. So there is room for improvement. More attention to detail, and no ad for a room with comfy seating when there isn't one.
Summary: Room for improvement, bit out of centre, but that can be an advantage as well.

Positive: A studio appartment with restaurant attached to, open 16.00 to 21.00 and very good, tables undercover by the river if weather good and indoors if not. 10 minute walk to bus and train station and small supermarket en route. 15 mins walk to castle and 20- 25 mins to Linnaeus Garden. Another excellent Italian restaurant (Trattorian) 5 mins walk. We were upgraded for our room but don't know what the difference would have been.
Negative: Bed was huge but sheets weren't and towels weren't great quality. We were next to the main entrance so some noise, though not enough to disturb us.
Summary: Character building with loft style room.
